WINGATE – The Bald Eagle Area boys soccer team hosted Clearfield Wednesday in an evening contest.

Bald Eagle defended their turf, dropping the Bison 3-1 in front of the home fans.

Picking up goals for the Eagles were Kayson Tice, Connor Maney and Parker Dubbs.

Bald Eagle Area outshot Clearfield 21-1.

Notching the Bison lone goal was Caleb Gibson.

The Eagles also led in corner opportunities by a 5-1 margin.

In the first half, the Eagles held a 2-1 advantage.

A lone goal in the second was a strong insurance goal for the home team.
