Marilyn Manson is being sued by an ex-girlfriend who has claimed that he “raped” her and subjected her to “degrading acts of sexual exploitation, manipulation, and psychological abuse.” According to TMZ, the woman, identified as Jane Doe, filed documents on Friday (May 28th) in Los Angeles with the Superior Court of California.
In the docs, she claimed that she met Manson at a Grammy party in February 2011 and they began a consensual relationship shortly after. Manson asked her to move in with him after two weeks of dating. Doe says that Manson was “gentle and romantic at first” but then things changed.
Doe has claimed that Manson, real name Brian Warner, “demanded extremely frequent sex” and said that she couldn’t sleep through the nights because he would wake her approximately every two hours for sex. She also claimed that “he would force [her] to have sex with him,” and that she’d “pray for Warner to pass out during intercourse” so she could try to “slip away and get some sleep.”
Doe also claimed that Manson became violent during sex, including one time when she claimed that he bit her neck “exceedingly hard,” and how she worried that her aunt would see the “bruises and other marks on her body from Warner’s physical abuse.”

Doe also claims that she was sexually assaulted when she went to return the key to Manson’s apartment. Doe claims that when she was about to leave, Manson allegedly pushed her to the floor and “with her face down on the carpet, and his hands on top of her, Warner raped Ms. Doe.” Doe said that after the assault, Manson threatened to kill her and “bragged that he would get away with it” if he did take her life.
Doe also claimed that Manson had discussed his relationship with ex-fiancee Evan Rachel Wood and how “he had wanted to kill her.” She also revealed that he said that he allegedly tied Wood to a chair and aimed a gun at her. Wood publicly named Manson as her abuser back in February.
Doe is demanding a trial by jury, and is seeking compensatory damages, punitive damages, attorney fees and more.
Meanwhile, a member of Manson’s team “strongly denies the accusations” in Doe’s lawsuit.
