The Juniata Valley Striders had a meet Saturday morning against Nittany Valley and Bellefonte with some strong finishes.

In the 2k (8 and under) the Striders  had one boy compete, Dekklyn Adams outpaced the rest of the field by 43 seconds to take the overall win (8:36).

The girls 2k the Striders had Ruth Rowland take the female win (9:29),

an 8th place finish by Leore Rowland (11:15), a 15th finish by Kenzley Steltzer (14:29) and a 19th place nod by Pennsylvania Rowland (16:46).

In the 3k (ages 9-12) for the boys the JV Striders had Rory Smith finish at the 3rd place position with a time of 12:57, close behind was teammate Abram Shinskie who finished 4th at 14:09.

In 6th place was Andrew Henry (15:39).

In the female 3k the JV Striders had

a 13th place finish by Skylar Mcullough (17:28) and a 19th spot for Adalyn Steltzer (24:40).

In the 4K 13-15 the Striders had a 4th place finish by Ethan Agney (17:29) in the boys race and for the girls the Striders had the first female Espie Bargas (15:32) and 2nd Daliyah Bargas (16:59).
