Offensively, the Juniata boys soccer team has has been very successful putting points on the board. Wednesday versus Shamokin was another one of the nights that the offense continued to roll through the offensive side of the ball.
In the end, the Indians came out with a double digit 10-0 victory.
Starting off the First Half Goals
at 31:25 was Jackson Shellenberger, as he was assisted by Alex Portzline.
Things continued to roll for the Indians as at 20:31 – Juniata, scored by Daniel Lopez, assisted by Landon Beward.
At 19:31 Anthony Maradiaga blasted away and it was assisted by Daniel Lopez.
At 18:22, Juniata scored once again by Anthony Maradiaga, assisted by Alex Portzline.
Jackson Shellenberger posted an unassisted goal at 8:05.
At 7:35, Juniata was on the board again as the goal was scored by Jackson Shellenberger, assisted by Cooper Adamire.
With only 0:02 left on the clock before intermission, Juniata scored on a Jackson Shellenberger,m goal which was assisted by Cooper Adamire.
Starting off the second half scoring at 39:12 was Jackson Shellenberger, assisted by Ty Dressler.
At 11:22 – Dylan Lauver scored off of an assist by Carter Swab.
Rounding out the game scoring at 10:41 was Juniata’s Josue Osorio, assisted by Ty Dressler.
Shots on Goal was hands down in the favor of Juniata 32- 0.
The Indians also took the advantage in corner opportunities by a 9-0 margin.
Juniata keeper Nolan Imes was untested in the contest.
