Congratulations to Bald Eagle Area hurler Sierra Albright as she is April nominee for Hometown Sports’ Athlete of the month for April.

Sierra made history in a one-hit shut out of Laurel Highlands rival Penns Valley. Albright struck out 15 Lady Rams on her way to setting the Centre County strike out record of 792. She continues to dominate on the mound and at the plate. she also has her team sporting a sparkling record of 5-1. Congratulations Sierra!!!
