UNIVERSITY PARK – The third time was a charm!

He did it again!

Sunday, MIfflin County Running Phenom Carter Smith added another shining moment to his long and distinguished resume as he collected his third state championship and another photo on the Huskies wall of champions.

Smith topped the charts in the 800-meter run in the Pa. State Indoor Championships with a time of 1:51.11.
