The MIfflin County girls offense was on fire yesterday as the Huskies defeated James Buchanan 7-1 Thursday.

Mackenzie Peachey finished her day posting four goals in the rout.

Peachey posted her first goal at 8:46.

Minutes later Peachey scored her second off an assist from Brynn Carter at 13:32.

The Lady Huskies continued to roll when Makenna Spickler quickly made it a 3-0 advantage with a goal at 19:48.

In the second half, Peachey  again tickled the twine as she picked up a pass from Lorynn Knepp and sent it home at 68:46.

Peachey hit her last goal at 71:00.

Madison Keefer scored off a penalty kick at 73:20.

James Buchanan hit a goal by JB Kinsle Gracey at 76:11.

Rounding out the MC goals was a Ciara Williams of an assist from Mackenzie Peachey at 79:12.

Mifflin County out shot the Rockets 22-3.

Mifflin County goalie Liberty Cook finished with two saves.
