Mifflin County 13u All Stars easily dispatched UDHL on Friday, 12-5.

MC got on the board in the top of the first inning after UDHL committed an error, and Mason Joyce doubled, each scoring one run.

An error extended the Mifflin County’s lead to 4-0 in the top of the second inning.

The Mifflin County All Stars added to their early lead in the top of the third inning after Carter Sunderland singled, Joyce doubled, and UDHL committed an error, each scoring one run.

UDHL scored five runs on one hit in the bottom of the fifth inning.

Cohen Leister earned the win for Mifflin County . The starting pitcher surrendered two hits and zero runs over two and two-thirds innings, striking out six and walking one. Bunch pitched three innings in relief for MC. They allowed one hit and zero runs while, striking out three and walking two.

Sunderland and Joyce were a force together in the lineup, as they each collected two hits for Mifflin County . Leister drove the middle of the lineup, leading his team with three runs batted in. The number three hitter went 1-for-4 on the day. Chase Krepps led Mifflin County with two walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, piling up eight walks for the game. The Mifflin County 13u All Stars  turned one double play in the game.
