The East Juniata boys soccer team continues to hit out close games and in the process set themselves up for a District 4 championship berth.

Tuesday, the Tigers did it once again, this time topping Northumberland Christian 2-1 in a nail biting semi finals.

The game would head into overtime before a winner would be crowned.

It would be East Juniata’s Sam Kopacki that would notch the win by hitting the game-winner in OT.

Teammate Wrett Smith got the scoring started off the scoring for the Tigers.

East Juniata’s goalie Kelton Bonnell  finished with four saves.
