The Mifflin County junior high cross country team competed against the Altoona Mountain Lions in a combined race. 

It was the first time our junior high squad competed at their home course since September 11. It touched 83 degrees on a hot October day. 

Anthony Palopoli and James Ketchum both shaved some time off their season personal bests on a 3,200 meter course. 

Junior high cross country now gets set for the Gettysburg Invitational on Saturday.
