It was a strong day for numerous MIfflin County As the Huskies track and field team participated Tim Cook Memorial Invitational on
Saturday, March 25th at
Chambersburg Area High School.
Leading the way for the Purple and Black Attack” was defending State Javelin Champion Josiah Sechler Javelin. Sechler placed 1st with a throw 174’ 6”and fifth in the long jump of 19’ 9”.
Carter Smith finished tops in the 800-meter with a top time of 2:04.31.
In the 100-meter run Myka Simmons finished 6th with 11.62.
In long distance, Caden Bell placed 7th in the 1600-meter run with a time of 4:50.23.
Adeline Leason finished the 3200-meter run with a time of 12:30.54.
Rounding out the performers was Justice Sheaffer in the Javelin with a launch of 86’6″.
