The Bald Eagle boys basketball team notched a strong win Wednesday as it topped West Branch 52-34.
Tyler Serb led the offensive charge for the Eagles posting a strong 11-point effort. His teammates Cam Watkins and Blaze Angellotti both tallied eight.
West Branch finished its night with Joel Evans posting a game-high 14-point evening in a losing effort.
Bald Eagle Area went right to work in the first as it set the tone early outscoring the Warriors 14-6.
West Branch returned the favor, taking control of the second, notching a 13-6 period, cutting the Eagles lead going into the intermission at 20-19.
But an explosive 20-7 third quarter output, put Bald Eagle in control heading into the final stanza.
The Eagles closed the contest using another strong defensive effort to take home the victory.
