MIFFLINTOWN – In a meeting between rival counties, the MIfflin County girls soccer team defeated Juniata Wednesday in a non-league match up.
The Huskies took home the 4-1 victory on the afternoon.
Mifflin County were paced on the day by Aubrey Strohecker, who finished with a hat trick.
The Huskies also got a goal from MacKenzie Peachey.
For Juniata, Emma Arentz recorded 9 saves while Mylee Landis scored an unassisted goal.
Mifflin County outshot Juniata 15-12. The Lady Huskies also had the lead on corner kick situation, 3-2.
