LEWISTOWN – There was plenty of pain which brought a ton of joy to the fans of 7MW wrestling as another show has made it in the books over at Mr. Stax Saturday night.
The show began with King Kahula who entered into the ring and immediately called out his Vintage Gold tag partner Tyler Symz. Kahula blamed Symz for the recent string of losses including where they lost the 7MW Tag Team titles to Malcolm King and Kyle Thomas.
This angered Symz as he stormed to the ring and confronted him. But before things got out of hand, the duo of King and Thomas appeared and challenged them to a hardcore match. However, Vintage Gold did not want a hardcore which in turn brought out Rob Noxious who decided to let the fans vote and it was unanimous that the main event of the evening will be a hardcore match for the tag titles.
And the main event certainly did not disappoint and as both teams used everything which possible included the kitchen sink on one another. But it was ultimately the team of King and Thomas who prevailed and are still your 7MW Tag Team Champions.
That was not the only announcement that Commissioner Rob Noxious made during the event as Rob had to vacate the 7MW Heavyweight Championship due to now former champion DeMarcus Kane was unable to defend the title.
And so there was a Gauntlet Match to determine a new champion. It should be noted that all of the performers in this match had wrestled early on in the match, but we wanted to compete in order to become the new 7MW Heavyweight champion.
The first two wrestlers to compete in the match were Zack Xander who was coming off a loss to Joey P early on in the show for the Sky High title and Ricky Pryce who was also looking for a win after losing to Zeno.
Both men went back and forth before Pryce caught Xander off guard and scored the pin which eliminated Xander from the match. Next to enter into the match was Evan Atlas who was coming off a slugfest with Brother Rakim and immediately jumped on Pryce and was able to eliminate him and take over. Next in line was the leader of Truth Serum Aaron Truth who was fresh as a daisy due to not having a match during the night and was looking to take advantage of it. And took advantage of it he did as he defeated Atlas as well as the next competitor which was Adrian Bliss who was trying to keep his winning ways going after defeating Jeminez The Menace but it was not meant to be.
The final one to compete in the match was Zeno and he and Truth went full board against one another as they both knew that this was the home stretch to determine who was going to be the 7MW Heavyweight champion. However, there was a bit of controversy as the fans were confused not of them were sure if the referee made the three count with both Truth and Zeno pleading their respective cases to commissioner Noxious. So it was then decided by the commissioner that the match would be restarted and it ultimately was Zeno who made the most of the opportunity and scored the victory is now the new 7MW Heavyweight champion.
But fear not 7MW wrestling fans, Rob made one more announcement at the show and it was that Aaron Truth and Zeno will be competing against one another in a falls count anywhere match at an upcoming show.
There is also one more story to tell as 7MW fans wished a speedy recovery to one J-Kat who was not cleared to wrestle due to a concussion. We here at Hometown Sports would also like to wish J-Kat a quick recovery.
Until next time wrestling fans!
