Jackson Browne guests on two tracks — Maurice Williams & The Zodiacs’ “Stay” from 1979’s legendary No Nukes concerts in New York City, and again — with Bonnie Raitt — on a 1990 run-through of Bob Dylan’s “Highway 61” at the Christic Benefit in L.A.

The second Songs Under Cover follows the recent Live Series sets Songs Of The RoadSongs Of FriendshipSongs Of HopeSongs Of LoveSongs From Around The World, and the all-acoustic comp — Stripped. The collections are the joint product of the Legacy imprint of Springsteen’s Sony label and Nugs.net, which produces and distributes his monthly archival sets. This time out, the set includes six tunes that were first made available digitally back in 2014 and 2017 as part of his full-show nightly downloads.

  • Out now is Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band‘s November 12th, 2012 concert at St. Paul, Minnesota’s Xcel Energy Center. The set marks the seventh show in the series from the 2012/2013 “Wrecking Ball” tour. The trek, which was the band’s first following the 2011 death of Clarence Clemons, featured a five-man horn section, a percussionist, and three additional vocalists.
  • Among the rarities on the set are the show-opening “I’m A Rocker” from 1980’s The River — along with “Stolen Car,” “The E Street Shuffle,” a take on the Sessions Band favorite “Pay Me My Money Down,” “Devils & Dust,” “Youngstown,” and “Murder Incorporated.”
